Return Eligibility

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) required
  • Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for return
  • Sale items may be eligible for exchange only

How to Request a Return

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions
  4. Ship the item back using the provided shipping label

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable (except for damaged/defective items)
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
